most of stuff's done for the application except for a few script errors and stuff in Flash and Director... most of them solved... started on the promotional materials... Soy Hoon did the poster... but suppose it's still not the final one... haven't finish the scripting for her kitchen part... Natalie's going to do the cd packaging part and try to settle the script problems... Yian Phing's working on the web... Lee Yan's doing the splash intro...
was briefed on te final presentation today... starting to prepare for final presentation.... final report and all... trying to finish everything as fast as we can... let's hope we can finish by friday... no. we must finish by Friday morning. Yeah.

3 more days to final presentation and we haven't touched our promotional materials... Yian Phing start on the web part already... and we suddenly remembered that we haven't done our splash page... did quite a few flash stuff today... continued with whatever that is still unfinished...
the virtual sports room file nearly corrupted when trying to import swf files for the images... but saved when i brought it to school and deleted that particular swf... after that, realized that we saved the swf the wrong way... should make the image you want to save visible then export as AI file to SWF file, preserve appearance, lossless... decided on the sounds but haven't put into the application yet...

it's the first day of the last week... oh man... and we haven't started on our web n packaging... and we're like only halfway through the application...was supposed to meet, but we never... just talked about the layout and stuff over the net and the phone on Sunday and continued with our work...
since we're doing a spy game concept, we decided to do the packaging and psoster in game style... like Red Alert and stuff... decided on a few of the songs and sound effects, collected quite a few of them but haven't decided exactly which to use in the application... still working on the script and still got lots of problems with the script... some flash actionscript problems also... but solved most of them... don't know if should continue the basketball game in the virtual sports room... if there's no time, i suppose we'll just have to forgo the basketball game and just keep the tennis game...

Yian Phing and Soy Hoon didn't come today because they wanted to do their work at home and they thought that our superisor won't be coming today, so they decided not to waste their time... but... in the end, he came... and said alot of things about our stuff and so we had to edit alot of stuff again... at this rate, i wonder when will we ever finish...

Interim presentation... brings us back again to square one... lecturers spotted alot of mistakes... and when they pointed them out, we couldn't answer much back... not enough things in the room, doesn't look like the future, doesn't look like a virtual world, users won't know where to click when they enter the room, etc etc etc...supervisors were assigned to us already...
k... was thinking... if it's a virtual world, it can be anything right... since it's a virtual world... anyway, some of the props are made to be more futuristic... ah... never mind... will see to it... and to the other graphics as well...
gotta move faster already... we're already being slowed down... gotta work harder... and i don't think we're following the schedule and the work responsibilities stated much already... like who is supposed to do what and all... because we're abit behind schedule... so whoever finishes their stuff first or has nothing to do at the moment will help with the other stuff first... scripting also abit of a problem since we do not know how to make certain things work the way we want it to...

graphics still not finished... each time it seems like we're going to finish graphics, something will crop up like colour worng, perspective wrong, needa improve the minor details, add more stuff, etc etc... preparing for interim presentation... and 1 of the computers has a problem again... tiz time it's not de swf problem... it's the Director... once you double click on something, the Director automatically quits...
started scripting... actually started yesterday... Soy Hoon's kitchen is only halfway done... so the rest of us started to script 1st so that can show something tomorrow and at least make ourselves feel better by starting on the next phase....
